How to complete the form:
- Choose the design you want (paste the product link or type the design name).
- Select your item type (tee, crewneck, hoodie).
- Choose your preferred brand/style (or select “no preference”).
- Pick your color, then enter size(s) and quantity.
- Add your zip code (helps us estimate shipping) and a deadline if you have one.
- Submit the form and watch for our email.
What happens next:
- We’ll review your request and email you with pricing, available options, and an estimated timeline.
- Once you approve, we’ll send a secure Shopify checkout link/invoice so you can place the order.

- Custom items are made to order and are final sale once approved/placed.
