Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time (including for sizing, color preference, or change of mind).

Because each item is made to order, please review the product photos, description, and size chart carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (and the shipping packaging if it arrived damaged)

Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement (or offer a refund when appropriate).

Cancellations / Changes

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order goes into production, we may not be able to make changes.
